Since it was first published four years ago, the duo's first cookbook, Just a Matter of Thyme, has sold more than 80,000 copies in the gift trade alone. The British victory at El Alamein in November, 1942, while a decisive turning point in the war, did not immediately lead to the collapse of Axis forces in North Africa.
